1. What does a typical working day at Oxehealth look like for you?

I'm part of the systems engineering team, so my responsibilities include code reviews, testing platform upgrades, developing internal tools, and investigating issues reported to us on our project management system. My main responsibility is developing and maintaining the data warehouse, which underpins the usage reports for our customers.

A typical day for me starts with a morning stand-up meeting, where we discuss priorities for the day and upcoming work. I then focus on my current project and work through other tickets assigned to me.

2. What was it about Oxehealth that appealed to you?

I found Oxehealth's mission really interesting. After meeting Dan and Adam, who were amazing and super down to earth, I had a good feeling about the company and its culture. I was also intrigued by the technology behind Oxehealth’s platform, and knew I would be able to learn a lot and grow my skills while contributing to meaningful advancements in mental health care.

3. What do you enjoy most about your job and why?

What motivates me most is the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and constantly learn new skills. I enjoy collaborating with talented colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge. I also appreciate the chance to contribute outside my core role - like supporting the revenue operations team with reporting, and building a new observation compliance report - which keeps my work varied and rewarding.

4. What has been your proudest achievement at Oxehealth so far?

My proudest achievement at Oxehealth has been rebuilding the data warehouse to maintain HIPAA compliance standards. I also automated the deployment and configuration process, making it feasible to manage multiple data warehouses in different locations around the world. Alongside the technical work, I built strong relationships across teams, which helped me grow quickly and led to a promotion from a junior role after just one year.

5. What’s a fun fact about you that your colleagues might not know?

I like to travel Europe by train - I've been to Gothenburg, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid, and Porto. I'm planning to visit Rome via Zurich later this year. Feel free to ask me anything about interrailing!
