Currently, one of my main goals is to help all customer teams I work with to achieve their goals, like assisting with new training materials and product documentation. As we continue to expand in the US, I’m able to work with new customers – taking them through the contract-to-live process and maintaining our relationships with each of them.
At first, it was the job itself; customer success is all about relationships, and I really enjoy meeting new people and cultivating those relationships. I was also interested in joining a smaller company where I could make a difference. And, the fact that Oxehealth was based in the UK was definitely intriguing. Then I met Gemma and Mike, they were awesome, and I had suspicions the rest of the team would be the same.
I tell everyone I can about the people I work with. It is amazing to work with people who are passionate about what they do, but even more amazing to work with people who are so kind and caring.
The project that has definitely taken the longest time, but also been super rewarding, is the evolution of our learning management system, which teaches customers everything they need to know about our platform and helps them stay up to date with the latest product updates. I’m so excited to see where that goes. I’m also so happy to have nourished the relationships we have with our customers in the US. I’ve been so grateful and proud to become a member of the Oxehealth team.
I love crafts. I’ve made guitar straps and other leather goods. I paint, I’ve tried whittling and making some types of sculptures. I have an entire room dedicated to my crafts (hopefully, I’ll have a shed in our backyard where I can do art soon). Currently, my hyperfixation is putting together tiny book nook kits. I’ve got 2.5 done so far.
