Oxehealth has implemented an ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified information security and privacy management system which is audited to ensure that we have the appropriate technical and organizational controls in place to protect your Personal Data.

Oxehealth maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of Personal Data. Our security and privacy procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we disclose Personal Data to you. 

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

We will hold your Personal Data  for the time required to respond to your query, and where there is a legitimate reason to do so, we may keep it for longer to provide you with information we believe will be of interest to you. This could be for the lifetime of the company unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Depending on the scope of your interactions with Oxehealth, your Personal Data may be stored in or accessed from multiple countries.
